At least two sources must be from lrc databases, The other three sources may come from books, magazines, or newspapers in print. These must be cited in the body of your speech. Consider using the Opposing Viewpoints database to look for sources for this speech. 9. Use MLA form for your bibliography to cite your sources. You can find the correct form in your textbook and also in the Resources module. 10. Type your outline in the correct format and save it as a Microsoft Word document. (Other formats won’t open on my computer.) Use “Policy Outline” as the file name. 11. Click on Submit Assignment to submit your outline. Your submission will go through the Turnitin system, which will check your outline for plagiarism. Finally, remember that you must turn in an outline in order to give the speech. Your formal outline should look like the sample outline. Do not turn in the working outline form.
