(Position Paper) Should eligible/licensed holders be able to carry a concealed handgun on a college or university campus? Why or why not?

Students will write a 5-page (APA format) (minimum and not including title or references page) response paper taking an explicit position on a controversy from a sample list of prompts. These papers should be grounded in evidence and examples from class readings and beyond.
