Below are two separate topics. Answers/write to both topics with a 1 1/2 page response for each. Discuss the core security issues related to web application and some of the defense mechanisms to protect against these issues.  Discuss in detail whether or not cyber competitions are valuable as an educational tool. You need to justify your answer, include examples of how competitions are conducted, and how they can be used for education along with any associated value (if any).  The majority of your answer should be in your own words. Direct quotations should be used sparingly, placed in quotes, and properly cited Your answer should be written in essay form with a clear intro, body, and conclusion. Use examples as applicable. There is no minimum length but you should clearly answer the question. Short quotes can be used as needed. Cite any references used in APA format. Your essay should be double-spaced on standard-sized paper (8.5″ x 11″) with 1″ margins on all sides with 12 pt. Times New Roman font.
