Development & Presentation of a program created using the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and/or the Physical Activity Guidelines

Using the socio-ecological model, you will develop a program that utilizes both multi-component and multi-level strategies. You will decide the location and target population of this program. The location and target population can be theoretical or it can be a location that you are familiar with.
