Philosophy Paper

I have included a source, a text by Jessica Flanigan, please please read it througly. Summarize the philosophical theory and pick a current social issue that relates to what Jessica Flanigan is saying. Other than that, I have included a guideline on how to do the paper. And a paper rubric on the paper is going to be graded. KEEP IN MIND, I AM ONLY GOING TO NEED TO SATISFY/REACH LEVEL 3. There will be a DETAILED explanation of how to reach the 3 levels and how to actually do the paper. Please do just like the guidelines. Finally, I have attached an example of a level 4 paper. Make that as an example.
