Juveniles versus the Courts

This is a persuasive essay about juveniles being charged for adult crimes as adolescents. I am con (against them being charged) and feel it is wrong. There must be 5 intext citations that come from the schools database. So I have all of the articles that I need to attach for these citations. I am proving that juveniles shouldn’t be tried as adults and can be rehabilitated because development of the brain isn’t until the twenties to make cognitive decisions.
