Bureaucratic System in Higher Education Discussion Post

This assignment is broken up into two parts. The assignment is for the purpose of a discussion board, so it does not need to be set up as an essay. The first section is on the way the bureaucratic system operates (no more than 5 sentences for first section), and the second is based on a scenario within the attachment, which can be written through bullet headings.

You must use a specific book for the main resource, and I have also given some supplemental resources. The book chapter is also included in the attachment.
