In an individual post reflect on a contemporary theory of war and violence we have studied and apply them to asymmetrical warfare.  Do you think these theories continue to provide a reasonable explanation for the causes of war and violence?  Often times the insurgent forces are non-state/non-government forces and do not have the typical organized structure of military units.  Can the theory account for that?  How, or why not?
